We received a plan showing a new road and road extention from

Kirov Avenue to existing motorway ringroad that connects to M 5

The road planning we work on is in the news already : read here

Building contractor required :

Russia kicked out all the turkish building companys, now they search new

building contractor, probably russian citys have to build on their own now.

if you estimate 200 tousand vehicles per day you have to build 4 Lanes

we are planning for 70 - 90.000 vehicles per day - is 2 Lanes for overland

and 4 Lanes within center of town OK ? how far pedestrian ? how far with

the red bicycle track - how thick do you do the layers under road usually ?

 

this looks good - this can be the standard shape of the new city road  ? :

What kind of GEO-DATA we have for the Areas 01 to 08 ?

 

do we have official measurement data showing existing structures in

the Area 01 ? Here in Switzerland such data is full public and for free.

WE NEED DATA OF THE EXISTING SITUATION to do planning on the old and narrow structures - and to know about the connections to existing 

road structures in the north - the lots of land and what houses touch ...

 

SEND .dxf data - only the areas 1 to 8

- then the real planning CAN START

 

i do it - i am able and willing to do the building plans for the METROPOL

the big in and out street for Samara City - i offer to do the drawings we

need to build - and i stay for 3 years - i work in Russia and in the world

Sehr geehrter Herr Goebel,

 

vielen Dank für die Anfrage. Ich bin zwar Bauingenieur und Verkehrsplaner, aber kein Experte für Geotechnik (Untergrund) oder Straßenbautechnik. Dazu haben wir in der Fakultät eigene Lehrstühle, die Kollegen Ziegler (Geotechnik) und Oeser (Straßenbau). Auch habe ich keine Zeit (und wenig Lust) öfter nach Samara zu reisen und den Bau zu überwachen.

 

Was Ihnen allerdings mitgeben möchte ich, dass ich den Entwurf des Knotens für ungeeignet und sehr unfallträchtig halte. Ein Fußweg auf einer Seite im Bereich außerorts ist ok, Sie sollten aber auch an Fahrräder oder Mofa etc. denken und dafür eine Verkehrsanlage vorsehen (Radwege etc.). zudem sollten sie an den Knoten Querungsmöglichkeiten für die Fußgänger und Zweiräder vorsehen. Ob das Brücken, Unterführungen oder einfache und markierte Überwege sind kann ich nicht beurteilen – aber so halte ich das für sehr bedenklich und unfallträchtig.

Was mir dann noch an dem Knoten auffällt ist, dass die Nebenstraße ohne weitere Absicherung in eine mehrbahnige und mehrstreifige Hauptstraße einmündet. Auch das halte ich für sehr bedenklich und sehr unfallträchtig, zumal außerorts mit hohen Geschwindigkeiten zu rechnen ist.

 

Insofern MÜSSEN Sie sich hier etwas anderes einfallen lassen. Dazu könnte ich Sie beraten (wenn Sie mögen).

Fortsetzung unserer Korrespondenz um Sie über Folgendes zu informieren.

 

Im Zusammenhang mit der Wiederaufnahme der Baufinanzierung in Samara Turnpike "Central" vorschlagen, dass Sie die Teilnahme Ihrer Organisation bei der Kofinanzierung und den Bau der Infrastruktureinrichtung in Betracht ziehen.

 

Um in das Projekt von der ausländischen Partner teilnehmen erfordern eine Kofinanzierung (eigene oder Fremdmittel) in Höhe von etwa 4,5 Milliarden Rubel. (65 Millionen. Euro). Mögliche Garantien der russischen Regierung zu erhalten.

 

Für seinen Teil, bestimmte administrative Ressourcen und Erfahrungen mit, sind wir bereit, maximale Unterstützung zu schaffen, in den Vertrag für den Bau dieser Autobahn zu erhalten, sowie bei der Umsetzung in der Region Samara.

 

P. S. Es ist auch möglich, einen Vertrag zu bekommen, eine Brücke über die Wolga etwa mit zu bauen. Klimovka Anfangswert von mehr als 16 Milliarden Rubel.

Due to the EU sanctions no financial business is allowed.

But an engineer is free to accept a 3 year contract in RU.

 

I am willing to do the planning work for Magistral Samara.

I am willing to import machines for russian companies by

ship - on my company name - that is close to not legal ...

 

Street planning and street building is a very local work so

in Moskau it is about showing the plans and getting the OK.

Boris, please find a contact to the Samara road authoritys.

 

I have made tables to calculate the Magistral Karl Marx.

It can be one big company or it can be 4 lots to smaller

local companies. - Russia has to build on it own now !!!

 

The turks are out ? the EU will not - STRABAG company

got no base in Russia & HOCHTIEF got no base either.

We have to improve local companies with machinery ...

(i like all of these names - and 5 is enough)

 

Metropol Road Samara :  is 2/8 a new track = new streets

Metropol Road Samara : it is  6/8 overworking existing streets

 

that is not 100 km straigt in Lybia

that is working for thousands of local people

digging, water, wastewater, eletricity, telecom, and road

 

Strabag is the only global player in street building

they have many offices but none in Russia

The turks are going a bit wild these days ?

Putin wants the russian companys on the work

 

big building projects like streets have a year budget

that is guaranteed - and it has to be payed bit by bit

I can help you with the plans - and getting machines

 

i want a 3 year work contract based in Samara City

There is a building company working in Samara that

does Frunsen bridge. They have a 104.000 m3 of

asphalt in the project plans. This Team / Company

needs a new contract for after Frunsen Bridge ...
